These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8k Top ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 8k Top website at https://8k-top.live, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

To register and play on 8k Top, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player may hold only one account on 8k Top. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that player will be suspended pending investigation.

• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number active — it is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmation.

8k Top is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on 8k Top are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods — we do not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency at this time.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All games on 8k Top use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate — they do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted after a round has begun.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k Top platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure without payout:

• Registering more than one account on 8k Top.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 8k Top to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8k Top staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

8k Top reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity or a player-initiated closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
